What does the video show?
The first part shows the physical 1511 spring-contact miniature speaker bare unit, diaphragm movement, sweep and recorded music playback. It also shows temporary sample wiring. The later part shows the speaker fitted into a 1317 enclosure, followed by assembly and separate testing. The two stages are shown separately so that viewers can compare the structure and test setup.
Test setup and meter reference
The sweep demonstration uses 2.8 V at the speaker terminals across 200 Hz–20 kHz. Music playback retains the product test recording. The sound-level meter is positioned 20 cm away; meter and product close-ups were captured separately and aligned to the same music passage. The readings describe this test setup, not a universal SPL specification.
Contact interface and selection
The sample's temporary soldered wires are for testing. In normal integration, confirm the spring contacts against matching FPC copper pads. Enclosure behavior depends on cavity volume, openings, sealing and device installation; confirm the final model and specifications against Jiachuan-approved documents and sample validation.
